At 42 stories, Society Las Olas Phase 2 adds 563 residential units to the already completed phase 1 development totaling 1,104 residential units and 98 hotel units. When completed, it will be one of the largest residential developments in the City of Fort Lauderdale. Scheduled for completion in Q1 of 2026
