This highly visible, six-story structure is located adjacent to the Holman Automotive BMW of Pembroke Pines dealership. The architectural concept combines horizontal slabs and vertical slice walls that interact to create the impression of hovering planes. In response to a need for inventory vehicle storage, Holman set out to go vertical. Also incorporating the need for a Collision Center that will include a metal shop, paint booths, 27 service bays, inspection bays, parts storage and a full Customer service area housing collision advisors and customer waiting areas. The inventory Garage will house approximately 900 vehicles and will connect to the 2nd floor of the existing Showroom parking deck providing access for Customers.
