Project involves the demolition of the existing facility and reconstruction of a new state of the art 2 story BMW showroom and renovation of the existing service department. The architectural concept combines horizontal slabs and vertical slice walls that interact to create the impression of hovering roof over the expansive glass showroom. The current facility is the busiest BMW showroom in North America.
