Fort Lauderdale BMW Dealership Now Open!

Holman Automotive has opened one of the nation’s largest BMW dealerships in Fort Lauderdale.
The 283,430-square-foot Lauderdale BMW East at 1441 S. Federal Highway was built by Miller Construction Co. It has a two-story showroom and a five-story garage.
“From its innovative design concept to luxurious interior finishes, Lauderdale BMW East keeps the focus on curb appeal and a great customer experience,” said Miller Construction Senior Vice President Brian Sudduth. “The challenge of bringing Holman Automotive’s vision to life was complex, and the building is a strong addition to Federal Highway’s streetscape.”
Construction started on the 2.65-acre site in October 2016. Miller Construction said it lifted 726 individual 70-foot-long prefabricated panels to build the garage. It was designed by FSMY Architects and Tricarico Architecture.
The showroom totals 37,000 square feet and features high-indensity LED lighting.
“Relying on Miller’s team, we achieved our goal of building up instead of out – taking full advantage of a prime urban site that’s convenient for east Broward customers,” said Holman VP of Dealership Operations Glenn Gardner.
Meanwhile, Holman Automotive is seeking to add more luxury brands to its dealership at 200 E. Sunrise Blvd.
