The 550 Building complex consists of an 85,000 square foot Class “A” Office Building with 8,000 square feet of ground floor restaurant space, 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and a 634 parking space garage. This project is the largest office building complex to be constructed in the City of Fort Lauderdale in nearly 15 years.
